- Report any and all safety issues to your supervisor.
- Work with your Foreman to make sure jobs are completed on time and at our high standard.
- Ensure site safety, completion of pre-use equipment inspections, and participate in safety talks.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience with Painting an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating power trowel, stand up, grinders, ride-on grinders, self-leveling Equipment, vacuums, burnisher machine, walk behind scrubber, ride on scrubber, shot blasters.
- Applying and installing Epoxy, ESD, MMA and other Flooring Systems using a hand brush, squeegee, trowel, or roller by bending, kneeling, squatting, walking.
- Other duties as required.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of working experience in high-performance concrete and industrial flooring.
- 1+ years leadership experience in construction crews up to 10 people.
- Experience with floor removal, leveling, elevations, concrete polishing and repairs.
- Excellent observation skills.
- Excellent physical strength, fitness and stamina to push, pull and lift.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and take corrective action as needed.
Pay will be based on skill and experience.
