  • Report any and all safety issues to your supervisor.
  • Work with your Foreman to make sure jobs are completed on time and at our high standard.
  • Ensure site safety, completion of pre-use equipment inspections, and participate in safety talks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operating power trowel, stand up, grinders, ride-on grinders, self-leveling Equipment, vacuums, burnisher machine, walk behind scrubber, ride on scrubber, shot blasters.
  • Applying and installing Epoxy, ESD, MMA and other Flooring Systems using a hand brush, squeegee, trowel, or roller by bending, kneeling, squatting, walking.
  • Other duties as required.

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years of working experience in high-performance concrete and industrial flooring.
  • 1+ years leadership experience in construction crews up to 10 people.
  • Experience with floor removal, leveling, elevations, concrete polishing and repairs.
  • Excellent observation skills.
  • Excellent physical strength, fitness and stamina to push, pull and lift.
  • Ability to identify safety hazards and take corrective action as needed.

Pay will be based on skill and experience.
